Trainingspace™ is an online training company offering professional and customized e-learning solutions for design consultants, new home builders, interior finish contractors, retail sales and manufacturers. A subsidiary of the DCS Partnership Group™, Trainingspace™ is the direct result of the overwhelming response from members for additional training courses that are professional, effective, enjoyable and easily accessible. So, in an effort to expand the training curriculum and reach larger audiences, Trainingspace™ was born.

The initial focus is the new home builder market. A combination of experience and a network of industry resources allow Trainingspace™ to deliver effective and up to date trainings that are customized to meet the needs of your business and beyond. Trainingspace™ now offers courses, such as the new Business Skills Series, that add value to multiple business segments.

The leadership team utilizes 60 years of cumulative experience in providing this industry knowledge and online learning expertise. Together, the team's backgrounds encompass the builder design center field, online learning, design, intercultural education, sales, marketing, and customer service.

However, some of the most valuable resources for Trainingspace™ continue to be its clients. Comprised of some of the top builders, interior finish contractors and manufacturers in the country, these clients are a premiere source of information regarding the ever changing needs of the building industry.

Michael Vogel
CEO of DCS Partnership Group™

Michael Vogel has developed and delivered sales and marketing training for groups and individuals in the new home construction industry for over 10 years. His group and one-on-one training seminars draw from his extensive 44 year industry background in the flooring and interior finish contracting industry. His vast experience includes leading the residential contract division in multiple locations as a Vice President of MSA Industries, one of the largest national flooring contractors at the time, and developing and implementing the DuPont Builder Advantage™ Program on a national basis. This program featured technology related systems, marketing tools and methodology, point of sales tools and videos, and training programs.

In June, 2000, Michael founded Design Center Solutions™ - a marketing services and technology company focused on the Builder Design Center, customer service and sales processes. Design Center Solutions™ has evolved into what is now DCS Partnership Group™ , an umbrella organization comprised of a retail business segment called Creating Your Space, a builder and interior finishes business segment called Bridgeway Interactive and Trainingspace™ .

Michael has launched many new programs and concepts to bring a higher level of professionalism to the Builder and Design Center business segment including developing a state of the art design center selection system, creation of the first video series directed at educating the homebuyer and over 100 'high-end' on-site design centers. Michael has written feature articles on various builder design center topics. He has been published in builder trade magazines such as Builder and Developer's Options For Today's Fine Homes.

Jay Flynn
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jay received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and spent three years as a distribution engineer for Florida Power and Light.

In 1991, Jay began his career in the flooring and residential housing industry by joining Tuftex Carpet.  He spent twelve years with them in Southern California in various roles, including Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 1995 forward, Jay had nationwide responsibility for Tuftex’s builder channel with responsibilities including leading the builder specialist sales team, selling national builder accounts, and leading all marketing efforts. In 2003, Jay joined The Home Depot as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Creative Touch Interiors business group. His responsibilities with Creative Touch Interiors included leading builder sales, design center sales and marketing for an enterprise that serviced 38 markets across 15 states.

Jay joined DCS Partnership Group™ as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in August, 2006.

Adrian Slade
Chief Technical Officer of DCS Partnership Group™

Adrian began application development in the United Kingdom with various engineering companies before joining Nova Computer Professionals as their Synon/2e expert. He went on to start his own consulting company, designing and building applications ranging from managing Volvo's automobile distribution to writing a set of financial applications for a leading supplier bio-testing equipment.

He was invited to join the development team for Synon's new generation of application development tools, Obsydian, and then spent the next seven years producing innovative solutions to speed up application development by orders of magnitude.

Since starting with DCS Partnership Group™ , he has expanded his skill set to include C# and ASP.Net, creating several technically sophisticated web applications.

Kerry Davis
Vice President of Design Center Marketing and Training

Kerry Davis has developed and presented multiple design consultant classroom training courses for over 10 years. These courses, held at many locations throughout the country, are always well received as she draws much of her content from her own experiences as a former design consultant and design consultant manager. Kerry has 21 years experience in the new home construction and retail flooring industries. Her industry experience includes managing 12 designers and 60 design centers for MSA Industries as well as development and management of a MSA Industries design center program that later became the DuPont Design Advantage™ Program. Kerry is a founding partner of Design Center Solutions that eventually evolved into DCS Partnership group, an umbrella organization for Creating Your Space (retail), Bridgeway Interactive (Builder and Interior Finishes) and Trainingspace. She in the Vice President of Design Center Marketing and Training. Kerry has a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University.

Alev Esmer
Senior Project Manager

Alev has over 20 years experience in Management Information Systems, mainly in retail and financial services companies. She has held positions as Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project and Team Leader for such companies as Dylex Ltd. (Canada), The Gap, Williams-Sonoma and Wells Fargo Bank. For the past 15 years, her focus has been in Business Intelligence and reporting. She also has consulting experience.

Alev's experience for managing both internal and external resources has made her a natural to assist in managing our development process in new businesses and projects within our existing businesses.

Alev earned her BA in Economics and Statistics from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey; and added her Information Processing certification from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada.
